placinta cu dovleac
pizza,aluat facut de casa(reteta de la Miha)
ALUAT PTR PIZZA
-350 gr faina
-o lingura unt caldut
-20 gr drojdie proaspata sau 10 gr uscata
-sare
-220 ml lapte
-2 linguri ulei de masline
Se framanta un aluat din toate ingredientele,pana cand devine elastic si usor de manevrat.se lasa la dospit pana i-si dubleaza volumul,apoi se scoate pe masa de lucru,se intinde cu mana pana ce ia forma dorita,se aseaza in tava si se umple cu ce va place.
